Off Road Female
Wanting to see what it would look like to combine my sketches of symbols and landscapes to figures I had a great time coming up with my off road woman. More about it can be seen on my blog and this version of the newz.

Identity Theft
I had lots of partial ideas of loss of identity, a thumb print, symbols, a woman's outline and created some complicated composite that I didn't like. I scratched it and began again thinking of a simple way to say what was inside. I came up with Identity Theft.

All Terrain Female
After drawing symbolic landscapes in colored pencils on paper I digitally applied the curves and contours to the female form to see how they fit together.

Woman Encrypted
This goes with the whole identity crisis - the layers made up of colors and symbols depicting the roles we wear each day making up the person. Over time our identity is lost or buried..

Pink or Woman Holding her Own
I'm thinking..writing about this will take away from the imagination too much.

Gold or Woman Holding Her Own
This is about calm in the eye of a storm.
Double Vision

Double Vision
I love it when the image becomes a surprise. The camera is on a slow shutter speed and the model moves. This image won Honorbale Mention in Albuquerque Arts annual photography edition 2009.

What's Left of Me
What's left of me. What's to the left of you?
